Family Express® reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time on the Site at its sole discretion. This card cannot be redeemed for cash. If this card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission, it cannot be replaced and there will not be any refund or reimbursement to you. PROTECT THIS CARD AND TREAT IT AS YOU WOULD CASH.
AFTER 12 MONTHS OF INACTIVITY, A MONTHLY INACTIVITY FEE OF $2.50 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE CARD BALANCE UNTIL THE CARD IS USED OR THE CARD BALANCE IS ZERO, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST.
